General documents required.
- driving license
- Personal Identification.
- proof of employment with company name, adress and phone number

Company rentals only.
- company registration documents, including NIP and Regon.
- driver authorisation from employer

- cash: returnable deposit required according to the vehicle group plus estimated vehicle rental cost
Group M 1.300 PLN plus estimated vehicle rental cost
Group N 2.600 PLN plus estimated vehicle rental cost
Group P 3.900 PLN plus estimated vehicle rental cost
Additional proof of identification or other documents can be requested
Vehicle return
- delivery, collection and return to other locations can be arranged in advance.
- all vehicles include basic insurance.
- the vehicle is covered against theft and damage, however there is an excess payable by the rentee as follows:
Group M 1.300 PLN (theft) up to 4.000 PLN (damage)
Group N 2.600 PLN (theft) up to 8.000 PLN (damage)
Group P 3.900 PLN (theft) up to 8.000 PLN (damage)
Standard car driving license (B category) is valid for all Avis vans.
Avis guarantees replacements vehicles in cases of technical problems.

Safety advice
Be generous when calculating the loading capacity needed! It is often less expensive to rent a larger vehicle for a shorter period of time than to drive several times with a smaller vehicle.
With the utility van, you can also rent transport aids. Please do let us know in advance the kind and number of equipment you require.
Do not overcharge the vehicle!
Do take into consideration the height of the vehicle! Utility vans are much higher than cars.
Do observe traffic signs stating the maximum height allowed for the passage under bridges and overpasses!
Use your side mirrors!
Reverse safely.
Let a third person guide you.
